Biodiversity Research and Conservation Society (BRCS) has successfully completed a conservation project on Himalayan Salamander (Tylototriton himalayanus) funded by Amphibian Survival Alliance. We have published and distribute salamander conservation poster as an outreach material, form Salamander Conservation Groups, conduct conservation capacity building workshops and conservation education outreach programs in local communities and schools. Similarly, we have conduct habitat clean-up program and install Information boards at Himalayan Salamander habitat. The project is supported by Josh's Frog, Society for the Study of Amphibians and Reptiles (SSAR), Roger Williams Park Zoo, Amphibian Survival Alliance (ASA), and IDEA WILD.
